HACCP PRODUCTS<\/h1>\n

HACCP products from Interbrush follow the requirements of IFS and HACCP, guidelines 1935\/2004\/EG, RL2002\/72\/EG and the Charter of the European Federation of the manufacturers of brushes and brushes, for professional hygiene products.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the HACCP system we can predict risks and the possibility of their occurrence at every stage of the production process of a food, and thus avoid causing damage to the health of the consumer. Essentially the HACCP system of each manufacturing plant is a set of written sequential work instructions and results or discussions unique to each industry, craft or production facility.
\nIFS or international food standard is a recognized standard for food safety and quality control of food manufacturers' processes and food. It concerns food processing companies or businesses that pack bulk food products.<\/p>\n

The implementation of HACCP is mandatory in our country, based on the European Directive 93\/43\/EEC and the C.Y.A. 487 \/ Official Gazette 1219 B \/ 4.10.2000. With our products you will be able to implement HACCP and will help to obtain HACCP and IFS certification.

BRUSH BODIES<\/h2>\n

The bases of the HACCP brushes are made of polypropylene. This way we guarantee the perfect application of the bundles. Smooth surfaces, with closed pores, repel dirt. It is also free of unnecessary corners, in which micro-organisms could settle.<\/p>\n

HACCP - Color Separation<\/h2>\n

Our products are available in 5 basic colors, and some in 10 colors. In all species, bases and hair are the same color. With visual color separation, business work areas can be subdivided so that germ transfer and contamination are avoided. The classification of activity areas into \"color zones\" can be defined by businesses as they wish, such as for example:<\/p>\n
